| May 2, 2022 -- On Saturday April 2 Eastern Connecticut Pomona sponsored a Degree Day at Hemlock Grange in Portland. The 1st - 4th Degrees were conferred on 5 people, one via Zoom. More were expected but they were no shows. 27 people were present for the meal of sandwiches served with the help of Hemlock members.
We would like to Thank all who stepped up to help in putting on the Degrees. As we all know music makes the Degrees more enjoyable and with fewer musicians. I thank Susan Pianka for providing the music. It was so nice to see so many friends at one time helping others out. We can see we need more Neighbor’s Nights at our Grange Meetings.
