NOVEMBER 2008 -- Now that the State Grange Session has been completed, do you have plans to attend the National Grange Convention? The dates are November 11th to the 15th. The 7th Degree will be conferred on Saturday, November 15th at the Bushnell Auditorium in Hartford. In addition, the Talent Show, “Evening of Excellence”, will be on Friday, November 14th at Welte Auditorium, Central Connecticut State University in New Britain.
There is lots more to see at the National Session. There will be an Idea Fair and Showcase of Excellence where members can see samples of the projects from each of the states and browse through the Grange Store. There will also be numerous workshops to attend.
This will also give you the opportunity to visit with old friends from across the country as well as make new friends. Hope to see you in Cromwell.
