| AUGUST 12, 2013 -- Our members are working on their upcoming contest entries and are looking forward to their upcoming school year.
Two of our Junior members, Angelina DeDominicis and Nevayah Moreno attended the Northeast Regional Youth Conference. They were the only two Juniors to represent the state of Connecticut at the conference - and they did a great job at that. They both competed in the Public Speaking contest - great job done by both! Making new friends from Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York and Wisconsin.
Being able to experience the Youth Conference is something that all of Connecticut’s Juniors and Youth should experience at least once. Our Junior Grange will be holding some fundraisers during the coming year so that we can have more share in this experience next year at Rivier College in New Hampshire.
