May 17: Family Activities Program with a Tea Cup Auction
On April 6th we held a successful Cheshire Grange Community Awards program where we honored Ilona Somogyi for her involvement with restoring the former Ball and Sockett Button Factory into an arts and retail center. A reception for her was held after the program. We also awarded Anna Doolittle with her 75 year continuous membership recognition. We had a very good response from the many members of the public who attended. As I write this we will be putting on a fund raiser dinner for a local hiking group which we have done for them over the years. Plans are under way for our community fair in late August.
