We installed our officers in September first preceded by a pot luck supper. Our 137th Cheshire Grange Community Fair was very successful in all areas. The attendees welcomed back the Sunday roast beef dinner which realized a decent profit for the fair. My thanks to everyone for their help. The September 24th fund raising roast beef dinner aided our treasury nicely. Several of our members will be attending the Ct. State Grange Annual session set for October 20-24 in Norwich. One of our members, Isabella Marino, will be a guest at the Friday banquet having been awarded a college scholarship from the Grange. She is a sophomore student at Fordham University.
