Oct 2021 News from Vernon Grange No. 52

Oct. 1: Why Ritual?

Oct. 15: Craft Night

Nov. 5:  Guest Speaker:  Christian Schirmer

All the meanings of the word “sing” were explained by Cherie. How it gives us health benefits, reduces pain, helps you sleep and keeps our  oral history alive, and our new ASL word was also “sing” at our Sept. meeting. (Read the opening page of the Patron).

She also has us busy as bees working on the next Community Service Project. All reports have been submitted. Some of our members won prizes at the State Needlework Contest as we look forward to starting a new year with a pumpkin theme.

A get well shout out to Dot Dimmick, we miss you and think of you often. Always check with Nancy if you plan on attending a meeting to see if we will be at the hall or on Zoom. We love visitors.
