| AUGUST 9, 2019 -- It's time for the 118th Annual Hamburg Fair, to be held on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 9:00 AM - 10:30 PM, at the Fairgrounds at 2 Sterling City Road, Lyme, CT, 06371.
The annual agricultural fair takes place rain or shine!
Friday, August 16th 5pm-10:30pm
Saturday, August 17th 9am - 10:30pm
Sunday, August 18th 9am - 6pm
Tickets are available for purchase at the entrance.
General Admission $7
Kids up to 12 years Free
Active Service Men and Woman $5 (ID required)
Senior Citizens $5
The Hamburg Fair, hosted by The Lyme Grange, would not be what it is today without that genuine love shared by so many individuals that have supported it for 118 years!!! This family friendly fair showcases many agricultural fair traditions while highlighting top local music talent and entertainment. The intimate size of the fair makes for easy navigation, parking and crowd control.
Visitors will enjoy Milestone Midway Carnival rides and games, Grange Hall coffee, grill and snack bar, food concessions, pony rides and entries and exhibits for farm, animal, crafts, fruits, vegetables and more. Participate in the kids games on Saturday 11am-1pm or come to watch the traditional horse and oxen pulls on Saturday and Sunday.
Money raised from the event proceeds are used to fund Grange Association, Lyme Food Bank, Lyme Fire Association and Lyme Ambulance Association. |
