| AUGUST 13, 2019 -- Hillstown Grange is holding a mid-summer Garden Talk on Thursday August 15, 2019. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
The 1 hour workshop will start at 7 pm. Topics for this meeting are: Fall/Winter Pests and Diseases, Putting The Garden Bed To Bed, Prepping The Soil to Grow Garlic, Is It Time to Lime and Storing Seeds.
Garden talks are free and open to the public and for experienced as well as new gardeners.
Hillstown Grange is located at 617 Hills Street, East Hartford, CT. Located in the Hillstown corner of East Hartford, Glastonbury, and Manchester, since 1888. The Grange is the oldest Agricultural group in the United States.
