| JULY 3, 2019 -- Hillstown Grange is holding the last Gardening Workshop for the spring on Thursday, July 18, 2019. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
The 1 hour workshop will start at 7 pm. Topics for this meeting are: How to get rid of weeds; Prep for fall gardening; preserving the bounty; review garden notes: what worked and what failed; take time to plan next year's garden.
Garden workshops are free and open to the public and for experienced as well as new gardeners.
Hillstown Grange is located at 617 Hills Street, East Hartford, CT. Located in the Hillstown corner of East Hartford, Glastonbury, and Manchester, since 1888. The Grange is the oldest Agricultural group in the United States.
