It is a beautiful morning, bright sun and a clear blue sky. But the temperature on my front porch is 24 degrees. Rain is predicted later today, and we can still use it.
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and are looking forward to a Happy New Year. I did have a very nice Christmas and hopefully the new year will be quiet.
As you read this it will be February. Our February meeting is Hearts and Flowers. I am sure the Lecturer, Ann Gilnack has an interesting program planned. I hope everyone will try to attend our card parties as we really need the income. They are Feb. 11th, March 11th, April 8th, May 13th and June 10th. Mark them on your calendar so you will not miss them. |
