On November 17 we had our Harvest Supper at 6:30 P.M. with all the goodies. Under agriculture Vern reported that everything is gone and we still have dry drought conditions. He said it has taken a long time to get to these drought conditions and will take a long time to recharge the ground with water to relieve the drought. Janet had attended the CWA meeting in Cheshire on Oct. 29th. There will be a two year “Blue” Book and she talked about the upcoming contests for the next two years. Our small group is very involved in the community and is putting in plenty of service hours. We talked about doing another concert in the spring tentatively for Saturday, April 5.
