Nov. 12: Monte-Carlo Whist Card Party 7:00 p.m.
Dec. 1: Holiday Celebration, brief meeting at 6:00 p.m. Ref: Annual Christmas Party (location to be determined)
The Dictionaries for the 3rd Graders at Nayaug School were delivered on September 27th. The children were a very happy and talkative group. Very happy to receive “their own” dictionary.
October we are collecting Non-perishable food items for the Glastonbury Social Service Department in preparation of the Holiday Season.
Our Membership Committee will be discussing and looking at ways that we can put our name and face before the Town of Glastonbury. Perhaps at a town wide function have a table with our name displayed and have homemade dog biscuits for sale and peanut butter cookies of anyone passing by and talking with us. Perhaps also collect dog and cat food for a local shelter. This is presently all open for discussion and consideration.
