Our agricultural fair is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 13 at the Grange Hall. There will be exhibit sof vegetables, plants, needlework, canned goods and more. Antiques will be available for sale. Food will be prepared and on sale by our kitchen staff. Old cars and farm equipment will be on display. Note: The date for our regular meeting has been changed to the fourth Friday, August 26, because we will be setting up an d registering articles for the exhibits on Friday, Aug. 12, the eve of our Fair.
Our 125th Anniversary is scheduled for Sunday, October 2 a t the Grange Hall. More information will be forthcoming in upcoming issues of the Granger.
The Connecticut Farm Bureau met at Harmony Grange Hall on Tuesday, June 28 and presented the program, “Farm Fantasy to Reality: Creating a Successful Business Plan.”
