APRIL 3, 2015 -- Carly Sebastian has done an exemplary job as Chaplain protem while Paulette Craig has been soaking up Florida’s sunshine. By this reading, all second graders at Sterling Community School will have their very own book (from our Grange) in celebration of Dr. Seuss week! We catered a roast beef luncheon for V-Town AG--farmers are hearty eaters! The Committee of Link Cooper, David Griffiths and Jody Cameron will again head up the 2015 Plainfield Relay for Life Grange food booth, providing all food for the walkers raising money for Cancer. This will be May 30th and 31st. We voted to allow the Killingly High School Alumni have breakfasts at our Grange hall to raise money for their Scholarship programs. We continue taking boxes of non-perishables to Sterling families in need. Special thanks to G.S. Granger, Chuck Thurlow, for his outstanding generosity and to Russell Gray, who delivers the boxes in the name of the Grange. Visit us anytime!
