| FEBRUARY 13, 2015 -- The Christmas Boutique was a success. We had an excellent day, weatherwise, and with several events occurring in the area, attendance was very good. Many of the items on display were sold. The hot soups and sandwiches, sold in the kitchen, were well received. A big thank you to our dedicated members and others who donated their time and talents to make the Boutique successful.
Our Christmas Party was a huge success also. The food was plentiful and was enjoyed by all. We had some invited guests who may become members. Geno and Karen from Redding Grange did a couple of the skits they had done at our last Pomona Christmas Party which were enjoyed by all.
Our activities for the next few months will focus on getting new members and on observing our 125th anniversary. At our next meeting, we will establish a date so we can schedule the events we will have. |
