Beacon Grange of Northfield will host a beginner self defense class on September 17th at 6 pm, at Beacon Grange Hall, 670 Northfield Rd., Route 254, Northfield, CT.  

Bring sweatpants & be ready to work out!  Cost is $15 with all proceeds donated to the Beacon Grange of Northfield.  This class is for both kids & adults.
