| JULY 6, 2014 -- Vernon Grange had it’s inspection of officers done at the last meeting along with awarding the Community Citizen Award to Jon Roe who talked about his research in the Tankeroosen River Valley with a focus on farming. Members were able to add to his research. New friends were made and old friends were found! Manchester and Tolland neighbored and helped. A good time was held by all and we all enjoyed strawberry shortcake after the meeting. Our next meeting will focus on those pesty garden predators!
