Lyme Grange July News Update
  JULY 8, 2014 --

Our food and plant sale was held in May and it was successful.  How else can you earn more than $950 in 4 hours with very little effort.

We voted to attempt to do the first and second degrees for our inspection next May.  A lot of our members have never seen them.  It will entail quite a few rehearsals.

Hamburg Fair is just around the corner.  Everyone is gearing up for the three day event in August.  Hopefully it will not be too hot.

We have three Junior members and two leaders so far.  They will be obligated at our July meeting.

Our new members are fitting right in- they have volunteered to work at the fair and Marilyn Stitham made a toy and an afghan for our CWA judging.  Way to go!

Between us, 42 items have been donated for sale at the Grange Building at the Big E so far.  More to come.

Mother Nature has been strutting her stuff.  Amazing I saw seven lady slippers growing wild on the side of my road while walking the dog.  Bushes and trees are all so beautiful this time of year.
