| MARCH 3, 2014 -- We elected officers for our 2014 Cheshire Grange Community Fair set for August 23rd and 24th. Preliminary plans are under way for Cheshire Grange participating in a new community service program called Ag in the Classroom, wherein books are distributed to grades 1 to 4 and members of the granges volunteering to come in to class and read the books to the children.
As mentioned in our previous article, we have three dinners scheduled which will keep a lot of very busy and help to add to our treasury. We continue to send packages to our troops and we look forward to hearing the great responses we receive from them. This is a very worthwhile project.
