FEBRUARY 3, 2014 -- Due to the kitchen renovations, we have decided to postpone the Silent Movie Night to a date in March or April. Watch our website and the Granger for an announcement of a new date.
We were able to reap the benefit of several Holiday Parties held at our Grange Hall during November and December, all of which helps with the cost of fuel oil and maintenance. Our rental program will commence later in February and March once our kitchen renovation project is complete. With great thanks and appreciation, the kitchen project is being managed by Doug Shepard who is skilled in this work. We are also grateful to John McConnell who donated all the kitchen cabinets and the refrigerator. Both fellows are terrific Grange members.
Who is interested in learning about healthy eating habits and weight loss strategies? Come to our program on Feb. 6th to learn about Nutrition 101. This aligns with our values on combating Adult Childhood Obesity. Join us and help solve this problem. Book reports will be the featured program on Feb. 20th. Tells us what you’ve been reading in paperback or hard cover, or what you’re reading on your Kindle or Nook, or what you’re listening to from Books on Tape. Remember, Reading is Fundamental!
