| FEBRUARY 7, 2013 -- The big event for Mountain County Pomona in February will be the Litchfield Grange Open House to be held on Sunday, Feb. 10 at the Grange Hall in Litchfield (opposite the Litchfield Inn). Members throughout the state and Pomona are encouraged to attend. The Cherry Brook Chimes Bell Choir will entertain and the State Master and others will speak on revitalizing Litchfield Grange.
The next regular meeting of the Pomona will be the following evening at Whigville Grange Hall with the program entitled “Information.” A vote will be taken on a by-law change at this meeting to change the long-held Day Meeting from the fourth Wednesday of March to the fourth Saturday of March (unless the meeting falls on Easter weekend, when it will revert to the third Saturday).
