| JANUARY 5, 2013 -- Coming up for January 25 is our annual Casino Night. This is a fun night for the whole family. We play games for one hour and then with the pretend money you make you can participate in the auction. Everyone is asked to bring an auction item.
We delivered three full baskets to needy families in Sterling for Thanksgiving. Katie and Michael Molodich presented a check to the Jewett City Veterans Home. This was the profits from our last Roast Beef Supper.
We want to give a big thank you to Marion Emmons for the donations for the many hall improvement projects and to Link Cooper for the outstanding job he is doing as Facility Improvement Chairman. We also want to wish Sue Gray a speedy recovery after having ankle surgery. |
