NOVEMBER 9, 2012 -- Mountain County Pomona continues to work on plans for the resurrection of Litchfield Grange. In September, the State Master approached the Pomona to see if there was a desire to develop a plan within the Pomona to work on re-opening the Grange sooner than later. The Pomona Executive Committee met in October and plans are now being prepared for a membership drive and open house to get the community involved in a new Litchfield Grange. Stay tuned for more information on how you can be involved. There will be opportunities, big and small, for all of our members to become involved. Also, if you have any ideas, please contact Pomona Master George Russell.
Mountain County makes its fall trek to Taghhannuck Grange in Sharon on November 12 for a program entitled “Messages.” It’s always a fun evening to visit Taghhannuck and we would love to have a full hall. The meeting begins at 7:30P.M. |
