SEPTEMBER 4, 2012 -- The community is invited to Whigville Grange as they host their annual Grange Fair on Saturday, September 15 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Grange Hall in Burlington. The Fair will feature live entertainment, vintage tractors, contests and exhibits, food, and a children's art exhibit, as well as free admission and parking. A Teacup Auction will be held at 2:00 PM.
The public is encouraged to enter their vegetables, flowers and baked goods in the numerous contests, and there is no fee to enter. Vendors may rent outside spaces. No entry fee to enter the produce, crafts or baking contests. Ribbons will be awarded.
Entertainment will feature a performance by Gale B. Gardiner (Fortune's Gale). Gale is a professional musician based in the Farmington Valley area. Whigville Grange Hall is located on South Main Street, Burlington. Follow Route 69 to South Main Street, just over the Bristol town line.
