| AUGUST 13, 2012 -- The Lyme Grange Fair Association kicks off its 111th edition this Friday afternoon at 5 PM at the grange fairgrounds on Route 156 (Hamburg Road) in Lyme.
Fair hours: Friday, August 17th, 5PM-11PM; Saturday, August 18th, 9AM-11PM; Sunday, August 19th, 9AM-6PM
General Admission: $5.00, Kids up to 12 years of age FREE, Senior Citizens $3.00, Active Duty Servicemen and women $3.00 (ID required)
Entries and Exhibits will be accepted at the Grange Hall at these times only: Thursday evening between 7 and 9PM & Friday afternoon between 1 and 4:30PM
Judging will take place in the hall between 5 & 8 PM.
There will be rides, bands, pony, horse and oxen pulls and nutritious fair cuisine all three days. Also featured will be Western re-enactment blacksmith demonstrations, antique tractors, alpacas and small farm animals. |
