| JULY 7, 2012 -- We had a special meeting on Monday May 7th to prepare us for our inspection on Wednesday May 9th. Eloise Osuch was the Grange Official and we passed! On Friday May 11th we did much of the preparation for our first Roast Beef Dinner of the year which was held on Saturday May 12th. It was quite a busy week!
The dinner was very successful. The first hour was a little slow but then it really picked up. The dinner was followed by a Hootenanny with Jeff Case and friends.
We are sadden to mention the passing of our brother Charles Flynn. We had the Draping of the Charter ceremony for him during the May 9th meeting.
Our meetings are the second Wednesday of every month at 7:30 PM from April to November at the Grange Hall off the Bridgewater Town Green. We meet the 1st Wed. in December there. The Hall is closed from the 2nd week of December until April. All our meetings are in members’ home during the winter. All winter meetings are on the second Sunday in the afternoon.
Our biggest events and best attended are the Roast Beef Dinners. We have two in the Spring and two in the Fall.
July 11: Monthly meeting at Grange Hall - 7:30 and picnic before.
Sept 8: Roast Beef Dinner Sat 5:30 at the Bridgewater Grange Hall.
