| MAY 8, 2012 -- Last month Chris Griswold and I went to the day meeting of Mountain County Pomona. It was held at Riverton Grange with a wonderful Lasagna Lunch with the works!
It was a very nice meeting. Earl Phillips spoke about the Co-Op he is setting up and it sounds wonderful. Not just produce but anything in the store or farm. Meats, produce, etc.... we will have a card to show and receive a discount.
Cawasa made fudge for Easter for the food bank people, and we put them in plastic Easter eggs.
We lost another member of Cawasa, Gertrude Caron. She joined in 1980. A book will be purchased by Cawasa at the Library in her memory.
