APRIL 3, 2012 -- We all enjoyed our Valentine’s box supper getting us in the mood for that "romantic day." At our second meeting in February we leaned a little more of Cheshire’s history with our member, Henry Rottman, who frequented a Cheshire family in the south end of town and telling about that family and their successful business venture into the cuttlery field.
March was a busy month for us with planning for our fair and a dinner at the end of the month that we put on for years for a local hiking club. We continue to have craft nights making holiday favors for our nursing homes and members who are shut in. Mid March we had a successful fund raising card party at the hall. Join us April 4th where we will have a chance to “trip the light fantastic”.
We are looking forard to Spring as I am sure you all are.
