Bargain hunters will delight as Winchester Grange No. 74 hosts a Tag Sale from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 4, at Winchester Grange Hall, located on the Green in Winchester Center.

The rain or shine event includes a bake sale and luncheon fare will be available. All funds raised benefit the numerous community service projects, donations, and future programs of Winchester Grange.

Formed January 2, 1888 with 31 charter members, the Grange is one of the largest Community Granges east of the Mississippi River in membership, and is extremely active in the Winchester Center community, holding numerous programs and events year-round.

Getting to Winchester Center: From Winsted, take Route 263 to the Winchester Center green. From Torrington, take Newfield Road (at the corner of Winsted Rd. and N. Main St.) to the Winchester Center green.
