| SEPTEMBER 14, 2010 -- East Central Pomona Grange will hold an Antique Appraisal Night at Good Will Grange Hall, 43 Naubuc Avenue, Glastonbury, CT on Friday September 17, 2010. Doors open at 6:00 pm and the event runs from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
The public is invited to bring an antique or two and for a small fee have it appraised. Our appraiser has yet to be stumped by a "what is it" type of question. Many people have old family hand-me-downs that are valuable and this is a good opportunity to find out what amount to insure them for. Stop in for a visit to the Connecticut State Grange collection of Grange memorabilia even if you do not have any antiques.
There is no admission charged and refreshments will be available. This is the only fund raiser held by East Central Pomona Grange.
